Ramnarain "Joseph" Jaigobind

Chief Executive Officer

Joe Jaigobind has been in the financial services arena for over 25 years. Mr. Jaigobind has raised in excess of fifty-five billion dollars in capital markets transactions as Lead Manager, Co-Manager or as a Syndicate Member. Mr. Jaigobind started his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers in the Private Client Group and was most recently Head of Global Equity Capital Markets at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC., Aegis Capital Corp. and Rodman & Renshaw. He served as Senior Vice President with Investec Ernst and was an Executive Managing Director at Maxim Group. Mr. Jaigobind was a Chairman's Circle Member of the US-India Business Council and was a Director of the Board of the US-Pakistan Business Council. He was also a member of the Susquehanna Investment Network based in Lewisburg, PA. Mr. Jaigobind has previously served on the board of directors of Care Management International.

Eric Lord

Head of Investment Banking

Eric began his career as an investment analyst for a registered investment advisory firm in Boston where he prepared asset allocation plans and annual investment performance reviews for high net-worth clients. Mr. Lord was also Vice President of Equity Capital Markets at Maxim Group LLC. Over a two-year span at Maxim, he worked on more than 150 public market offerings, including eight Maxim lead managed transactions. Following Maxim, he joined Rodman & Renshaw, LLC as Senior Vice President of Global Equity Capital Markets. Over three years at Rodman, spanning the financial crisis, he assisted in the origination and sale of nearly 100 public offerings, including more than 25 lead-managed public offerings, as well as several lead- managed private placements. Mr. Lord was Senior Vice President at Aegis Capital Corp. and a founding member of the firm's Global Equity Capital Markets department. In four years with Aegis, the Global Equity Capital Markets department completed more than 100 offerings as book-runner or co-manager, raising nearly $3 billion in gross proceeds. Most recently, Mr. Lord was Head of Investment Banking at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC Mr. Lord is a Series 7 licensed Registered Representative, Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal and passed the CFA Level 1 exam. Mr. Lord holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.


Priyanka Mahajan

Managing Director, Investment Banking

Ms. Mahajan started her career as Vice President of Investment Banking at Chardan Capital Markets, LLC. Over a four-year span at Chardan, she worked on more than 90 transactions, including 39 Chardan lead-managed transactions. Ms. Mahajan was involved with all aspects of the firms' banking business including deal structuring and execution, interfacing with institutional investors and counsel. Priyanka was also Vice President of Global Equity Capital Markets at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC and Aegis Capital Corp. Over a four-year span at Aegis, she worked on more than 100 offerings as book-runner or co-manager, raising nearly $3 billion in gross proceeds. Most recently Ms. Mahajan was Senior Vice President in Investment banking at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC. Ms. Mahajan is a Series 7, Series 63, Series 24 and Series 27 licensed Registered Representative. She is a member of 85 Broads, an international non-profit education organization founded in 1997 with headquarters in New York and a presence in 90 countries. Ms. Mahajan is a member of High Water Women, a volunteer-driven organization working with non-profit partners. Ms. Mahajan holds an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Baruch College, CUNY and a B.Comm in Accounting & Investments.


Craig M. Skop

Managing Director, Corporate & Executive Services

Mr. Skop has been a Wall Street professional for over 20 years.  He is responsible for all Corporate Access at ThinkEquity. Prior to ThinkEquity, Mr. Skop was at Joseph Gunnar as a Senior Vice President in the Global Equity Capital Markets Group. Prior to joining Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC, Mr. Skop spent 10 years at Aegis Capital Corp., most recently as a Senior Vice President of Global Equity Capital Markets and previously on the Equity Sales Desk.  Mr. Skop spent the earlier part of his career on the Equity Sales Desks at Oppenheimer and Shearson Lehman, managing assets for institutional and high net-worth clients. Mr.  Skop is a Series 7 and Series 63 licensed Registered Representative. Mr. Skop has received a Business Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University.


Alan Gaines

Head of Energy Investment Banking

Alan D. Gaines has over 30 years of experience as a merchant, consultant, and investment banker, having participated in the raising of debt and equity totaling well over $100 billion.  Mr. Gaines is active within the energy and technology/media spaces, specializing in large scale capital formation, recapitalization/restructuring, IPO and secondary public offerings, early stage financing, as well as Board protocol and governance.  In 1983, he co-founded Gaines, Berland Inc., a full service investment bank and brokerage specializing in global energy markets, with particular emphasis given to small and mid-capitalization public and private upstream (primarily), midstream and alternative energy companies.  From 1984 through 1998, Mr. Gaines sourced and financed specific opportunities for, and was Chief Advisor to financier Carl C. Icahn, covering all of Mr. Icahn's energy investments, including Gulf Oil, Texaco, Pennzoil, Phillips Petroleum, Williams Cos., Unocal, USX (Marathon Oil), Tenneco, Western Company of North America, among many others. He has been widely quoted globally in numerous newspapers/magazines, media and industry outlets, such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, The New York Times, Forbes, Business Week, Financial Times (London), CNN, CNBC, Platt's, etc.  He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of Dune Energy Inc. from its inception in 2001 to 2010.  Mr. Gaines holds a BBA in Finance from Baruch College, and an MBA in Finance ("With Distinction"-Valedictorian) from The Zarb School, Hofstra University Graduate School of Management.
