Jeffrey Singer

Bio

Mr. Singer has been involved in the successful financing of a broad range of public and private companies across almost every industry with a strong focus on technology, energy, specialty finance/FinTech, IT services, digital commerce, ed-tech, healthcare services and consumer brands. Jeff specializes in structuring debt financings for emerging growth companies to maximize their funding availability while minimizing dilution to shareholders.

Jeff works with a vast network of lenders including specialty banks, private finance companies, hedge funds, BDCs, venture lenders, family offices and other  alternative lenders to structure and place debt financings of all sizes for his client base. Jeff works with company management teams to analyze their balance sheets and capital needs to determine the various options available and to find the most attractive and surest path to closing. Debt structures include cash flow financing, asset based loans, loans against IP, loans against contracts and purchase orders, enterprise value loans as well as other alternative structures.

Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Jeff served as Head of Debt Capital Markets at Joseph Gunnar & Co. for two years and as Managing Director of Dragonfly Capital Partners, where he ran the New York office of the firm for over 10 years. Jeff has structured over one billion dollars of debt financing proposals over the course of his career.  Mr. Singer holds a BS from University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
