Adam Stern specializes in providing principal investment capital and strategic advisory services to high-growth private companies across the technology, life sciences, and emerging growth sectors.

Adam is recognized for his extensive background in venture capital, private equity, and investment banking, bringing decades of experience and a proven track record of securing funding for disruptive enterprises globally.

Adam’s Wall Street career began in 1987. Throughout his career, Adam has established merchant and venture banking divisions in multiple firms, including growing existing divisions in firms such as Josephthal & Company, and Spencer Trask Ventures. Most recently Adam was CEO of SternAegis Ventures and Head of Private Equity Banking at Aegis Capital Corp. since 2012.

Mr. Stern has been a founding investor in numerous private and public companies and currently serves as a board member on multiple public and private companies. Adam hold Series 7, 8, 9, 10, 24, 63 and 79 licenses. Mr. Stern graduated from the Lear School, Miami Florida in 1982 and The University of South Florida in 1987.
