Neal Kaufman has over 25 years of operational management and direct investing experience. He has led multiple corporate restructuring efforts, unlocking domestic and international growth opportunities and driving shareholder returns, serving as CEO, CFO, Board Member, and investor.
He began his career at McKinsey & Co., working in the United States, Spain, Argentina and Brazil. He served in senior leadership positions at NBC Internet, 3Com Corporation, TieTek, and was the founding partner of a hedge fund that made structured senior investments primarily in publicly traded micro-cap companies. Neal has an AB in economics magna cum laude from Harvard College, an MA from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar.
He is focused on working with companies and firms to design and implement high impact restructuring plans, resulting in operational and financial improvements, attracting capital to support go-forward business objectives.
